1 10 oz bag of Angel Hair Cole Slaw

1 oz Real Bacon pieces
4 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 TBS Organic honey
2 TBS Red wine vinegar
Directions:
- Heat 1 TBS olive oil over sauté setting on your Instant Pot
- Cut pork loin in 4 sections
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides
- Sear the pork on all sides
- Turn off sauté setting and pour 1 cup of chicken broth over the meat scraping up all bits left on the bottom of the pan.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce over each of the sections of pork.
- Seal your instant pot and heat on high for 20 minutes.
- Quick release after 20 minute timer.
- Take 2 of the sections at a time and use your kitchen aid mixer on low with the paddle attachment to pull the meat apart. This is a quick and easy way to shred your meat.
