Garbanzo Bean Salad
This is such an easy salad to throw together on those busy week nights. The only chopping you’ll be doing is for the cucumber. Can’t wait for you to try it!
Ingredients:
1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
6 oz package crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1 seedless cucumber diced
Drizzle of olive oil
Drizzle of red wine vinegar
1 tsp Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
Directions:
