Breakfast Pizzas
Chris came up with these yummy breakfast pizzas this past weekend that I just had to share with y’all. They were so delicious! The possibilities are endless when it comes to the toppings. He went for Bananas, Blueberries, Strawberries and a few Chocolate Chips!
(Makes 2 small pizzas)
Ingredients:
Base Ingredients for Sauce:
1/3 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 TBS Zero Sugar Cool Whip
2 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 TBS egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 scoop Isopure Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Banana
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Kind Bar Dark Chocolate and Oats Granola Bar crushed
Toppings for Pizza
2 Ultra Thin Crust Pizza Crusts
1/8 cup Sliced Strawberries
1/2 Banana
1/8 Cup Blueberries
10 Chocolate Chips per Pizza
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all the base ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer. Blend until smooth.
3. Spread the base sauce on each of the pizzas.
4. Add the toppings.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
