Kitchen Appliance Storage Solution
One of my favorite features of our kitchen is the kitchen appliance storage solution. In our last house I always found myself bending down awkwardly under our lower cabinets just to get an appliance out to use. If you are remodeling your kitchen or building a house this would definitely be added to my list of “must haves”. This cabinet is located right next to our refridgerator.
It has 6 pull out drawers for easy access. This is another great idea for a pantry solution if you are low on space for a full size pantry. The pull out drawers are a game changer. No need to move something else just to get to what you need.
I actually found a company on Amazon who actually makes drawers very similar to ours. You could easily add this to any existing cabinet. I highly recommend having drawers in the kitchen as opposed to bottom cabinet doors. Our kitchen only has one bottom cabinet and that’s the one under the sink. They are a better use of space and you no longer have to get down on all fours to get something out of the bottom cabinets.

While I’m sharing our appliance storage solution today, I’ve decided to include the appliances, pots and pans that we use on a weekly basis down below. The only appliances I don’t keep in here are my crock pots, which are stored in our laundry room drawers. I don’t use them as often as everything else. The coffee maker is over on our coffee bar, and our air fryer is stored in the laundry room as well. I like cracking the window for ventilation when I use it, so it’s easier to keep in there.

We’re buying a new house that will need a complete gut and remodel. I love this cabinet idea. Is it custom or did you DIY?

It was custom made by a builder but you could certainly diy it as well.
