Cleaning Routine with Grove Collaborative

I get a lot of questions on how I keep our white sink clean, and thought it would be fun to share my kitchen cleaning routine with Grove Collaborative. I’m a bit OCD when it comes to keeping my sink clean so that’s probably one of the reasons it stays so clean. I try to not keep dishes in it for long and give it a good scrubbing at least once a week. It definitely helps to use some great products as well.

I’ve been using Grove Collaborative now for a year and a half because I love the products they offer. It’s a company that sells safe and sustainable cleaning products, household products, as well as health and beauty products. My favorite brands are Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day, Method, Burt’s Bees, and Grove Collaborative’s own brand.

I use the Bon Ami powder on our sink at least once a week with a scrub brush to give it a good deep cleaning and clean up any hard water stains. Afterward it is sparkling and white. Like magic! It also has a touch of baking soda to absorb odors.

For our kitchen counters I like to use a few different things. If I just want to simply clean off our quartz countertops I use Mrs. Meyer’s Multi Surface Cleaner. All of the scents are so amazing! Its gentle enough to use every day and is safe for natural and synthetic stone. I also use it on our subway tile backsplash as well. My favorite of the original scents is Basil. It leaves your kitchen smelling so amazing! Right now I’m using the limited edition Mint scent and it’s so fresh.

If I need to disinfect any areas my go to is the Method Antibac All-Purpose Cleaner in the bamboo scent. It kills 99.9% of household germs and the smell is also amazing. There is nothing worse than a chemical cleaning smell in the kitchen since there are no harsh chemicals in it.

If you don’t like going through tons of paper towels to clean I’ve been using these All Purpose Microfiber Cloths made by Grove Collaborative. I like to use these when cleaning our appliances. Because we have black appliances paper towels always leave behind the white lint and I can’t stand that! They are very absorbent and can be thrown in the washing machine.

To clean our kitchen floors I use this Squirt and Mop Wood Floor Cleaner by Method. It’s so easy to just squirt and clean with a damp mop. It’s almond scent is so amazing and it makes our wood floors look amazing! It doesn’t leave a build up on your floor either. Just squirt and go!

This is totally not a necessity by any means but these glass Spray Bottles with rubber bottoms are so amazing! They are cute enough to leave on the counter. And because they have the rubber bottom they won’t slip on your counter. They are great to fill up with a DIY cleaner or concentrates like Grove Collaborative’s cleaning concentrates. I’m boring and went with the slate gray color, but I’m kind of wanting the periwinkle color. So very cute!

Grove Collaborative also has the cutest cleaning tools as well. I like to use a few different brushes depending on what I’m doing. They all have bamboo handles so they look cute enough to leave on the counter. For washing dishes I always use the Mrs. Meyer’s dish soap. It makes washing the dishes so enjoyable because of their wonderful scents. This Bluebell scents is so nice and fresh. I also like the bubble up dish brush below. You can put soap and water in the well and it creates a nice foam on the brush!

Both of these brushes have replacement heads for when you need to pop on a new one. I love that feature!

If you would like to sign up I have a referral code for Grove Collaborative that you can use to get a 5 piece gift set for free just for signing up! It’s $19.99 for a year subscription for safe cleaning products at a discounted price. I never thought I would get excited over a box of cleaning products that comes each month, but somehow whenever my Grove box comes I can’t wait to open it and start cleaning!

Happy Cleaning!

Thank you for flying by my nest little birdies!

xoxo,

Robyn
