Homemade Vanilla Stroopwafel Ice Cream
It’s a hot one out there y’all! And what better way to cool down than some homemade vanilla stroopwafel ice cream. I decided to make regular vanilla ice cream with pieces of Stroopwafel in it then topped with caramel syrup. You can certainly put in any toppings your heart desires.
Homemade Vanilla Stroopwafel Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
3/4 granulated sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 stroopwaffels chopped
1 cut in half for garnish
Caramel syrup for garnish
Directions
In a mixing bowl with spout mix milk, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract and pinch of salt until sugar is dissolved.
Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 15 minutes.
Chop 2 Stroopwafels into small pieces and pour those into the ice cream mixture.
Churn for another 5 minutes until thick
Serve and top with caramel syrup and a half of a stroopwafel for garnish.
Enjoy!!
Freeze the remaining for later.
