Quick Iced Coffee Recipe

Hey friends! As promised I’ve decided to share my quick iced coffee recipe. Now that it’s getting warmer out I’ve transitioned into iced coffee. It’s so refreshing and really gets you movin’! Because let’s be honest…that’s why we drink this liquid gold in the first place!

To make myself feel really special I like to use tall glasses and fill those with ice first. For some reason when I’ve tried adding ice over top of the coffee the ice always melted faster. This way the glasses get nice and cold while you’re brewing the coffee. I then do about 1-2 shots of espresso depending on my mood. While that’s brewing I squeeze about 1 Tablespoon of honey over top of the ice. After the coffee is done brewing in a separate glass I pour it over the ice and honey. I splash about 1 Tablespoon of Silk Vanilla Almond creamer and about 4 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. Give it a good stir and then pop it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to cool down. While it’s getting nice and cold I have time to prepare my breakfast.

Lately I’ve been drinking it with a glass straw and it makes me feel so bougie. The glass straws that I’ve been loving lately are from Grove Collaborative. I never thought just a simple change in my routine of drinking coffee would make such an impact but it really does. Trust me!

Ingredients:

1-2 Nespresso capsules of your choice

1 cup ice

1 TBS honey

1 TBS Silk Vanilla Almond Milk Coffee Creamer

4 TBS Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
