Best Farmhouse Finds from IKEA

Robyn's Southern Nest

Happy Friday y’all! If you’ve been a reader for awhile you know I’m a lover of IKEA, so I figured it was time for me to share my best Farmhouse Finds from IKEA! I’ve thought about this blog for a long time and I finally feel like I’ve narrowed down my favorite Farmhouse finds. So if you’re planning a trip to IKEA be sure to add these to your shopping list using their app! This is a life saver especially if you’re on a mission it will show you exactly where the item is in your store’s warehouse so you can bypass the showroom. Mmmm…I can just smell the cinnamon buns already!

Ektorp Sofa

We have had our Ektorp sofas for well over a year now and I’m still in love with them. If you’re looking for a nice comfy sofa that you can literally wash then these will be your best friend. I’m never scared of them getting dirty because you can literally just throw the slipcovers in the washing machine! They also have different color slipcovers so you can change the look of your room in minutes! We have the Lofallet Beige color, but I’ve definitely added the white one’s to my wish list.

Hektar Pendant Light Fixture

When I saw Hektar the light fixture I knew we just had to have it for our kitchen dining room. We had purchased two of the floor lamps for our house so we thought it was only fitting to get the hanging pendant light fixture as well. It’s well under $100 and so well worth it! It gives your space an Industrial Farmhouse vibe and I love it! I’m even thinking about buying another one and spray painting it gold for my home office. I saw Rachel from Pink Peonies do this for her office/warehouse and I fell in love with the look of them! Such a great idea!

Apron 50/50 Sink

So even though they have discontinued the Domsjo apron sink which is what we have in our house, they still make an apron sink that is very similar. It just does not have the drying rack on the back of it. I really like having the 50/50 split so I can soak in one side and still use the other to use the disposal. This Havsen is the one that is similar to ours.

Vimmern Faucet

Going along with “kitchen stuff” this Vimmern faucet has also been one of my favorite things from IKEA. I like having a hand spray feature for cleaning especially. Because our sink is rather deep it’s nice to have that flexible feature to rinse out the sink properly. I also really love the profile of it as well.

Sockerart Pitcher

I have a few of these Sockerart pitchers and they are the perfect decor item to display flowers or even straws for your coffee bar. They are metal so you don’t have to worry about them breaking! They come in two sizes and because they are so affordable you don’t have to decide on the size, just get both!

Fintorp Rail

So this Fintorp Rail is on my wish list and a definite must when I go back! I want to put it on the end of one of my counters. It’s so cute with a dish towel or a plant hanging from it. They have a lot of accessories that go along with them as well. So functional and cute for your Farmhouse kitchens!

Fjadrar Pillow Inserts

If you’re like me and like to switch out pillow covers on your decorative pillows then these pillow inserts are a must! They are down and super fluffy! They keep your pillows looking fresh and not slumpy! At only $6 for a 20 x 20 I like to grab a few at a time! You can never have enough pillows. Don’t let your friends and family pillow shame you! If they do, just throw your twelve thousand pillows at them! 🙂

Plants for Days

IKEA has a great selection of real and artificial plants! These little babies are only $4.99! With two cats in our house I only have a few different places that I can keep the real ones, so for the most part I have faux greenery. This size is the best! And on the bright side….you can’t kill them!

Socker Greenhouse

This Socker Greenhouse is another wish list item I’d like to pick up for the Spring and Summer months coming up! It’s a perfect little greenhouse to display your real plants, your faux plants, or whatever your heart desires! I think it would look so cute on a window sill!

Vardagen – Dish Towels

These Vardagen dish towels are really nice! They are only like $4 bucks! I love the grain sack look that these have. They are perfect for hanging up on a knob to dry. I’ve even seen people make them into pillow cases! Super cute!

Other IKEA Finds I’m loving lately!

How amazing is this Sinnerlig light fixture ?! I have seen it popping up everywhere, and at a really nice price point I can totally see why. It has a really cool boho beachy vibe to it!

My desk is a configuration of the Linnmon and Alex line. They don’t make the glossy finish anymore but this one is very similar. If you want to read more about my desk configuration you can read about it here.

I really like these Raskog utility carts! I’m thinking of getting one for my office/craft room. They are also really cute turned into a beverage cart as well. Such a great catchall for anything really!
