Going Back to My Roots
And no I don’t mean my natural hair color. I have been thinking and overthinking what I share on social media and my blog and one theme that seems to stand out above all else is what I used to do. I will be sharing more cleaning/organizing videos and maybe even throw in some Styled Sinks while I’m at it. Sometimes I can’t believe that I used to come up with different ways each week of styling my sink for almost a whole year. My first styled sink will be Wednesday September 22nd, the first day of Fall. I’ll be posting a reel video over on my Instagram and I’ll share all the details here on my blog so stay tuned for that.
In the meantime here’s my easy styled sink in our powder room I shared over on Instagram yesterday. An easy little tip is to add a vintage dish under your soap dispensers, not only is it cute but functional.

This dish is 7 inches in diameter if you need a reference for size. I actually purchased this one for my plate gallery wall in the kitchen, but it turned out looking more indigo than black.

I’ve shared it on Instagram before, I’m really not one for a lot of Fall decor. While it is one of my favorite seasons, I’m just not crazy about how it ever looks in my home. I may throw some pumpkins here or there and maybe a few dried leaf arrangements. I just have never really invested a lot of time or money in such a quick season. With everything going on in the world right now I would like my blog and social media to be an escape from all the noise. I hope you’ll enjoy this new season! I can’t wait to share more!
xoxo,
Robyn

Great idea! Inspired me to get out my leaf shaped small plates and put under my soap bottles.
