Air Fryer Orange Garland

Hey friends and happy Veteran’s Day! Today I’m sharing how I created this super Easy Air Fryer Orange Garland for our mantel this year. I love the organic element it adds to this space. It also give a pop of color to this rather neutral space.

If you own an air fryer with a dehydrater setting this is the easiest way to dry out your orange slices. I dehyrated the orange slices for 4 hours on 380. I don’t suggest going longer than this, otherwise your oranges will get way too small. If you don’t own an air fryer or dehydrater you can certainly slice them up and bake in oven on a wire racks on a cookie sheet for 5-6 hours on 250 degrees or until the oranges turn slightly brown and dry.

I used 4 oranges and sliced them rather thin. It made about 20 large slices. After they were done in the air fryer I strung them on a thin gold rope that I had left over from another craft. You can also use jute string as well to keep that natural look. You could also use some cranberries or even some cinnamon sticks to add to the fragrance of your garland.
