Dollar Tree Haul

Hey y’all and happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I know this is a little different from my usual home decor blogs, but I thought it would be fun to show you some of the items I picked up from Dollar Tree this past weekend. I find myself always at the Dollar Tree. My husband really loves it as well. I feel like sometimes you find the most unexpected things in there. I saw this quote the other day on social media, and I almost choked it was so funny, “I don’t check prices, because I make my own money and spend it how I want to….me at the Dollar Tree”. I’m not sure who said it but it’s freaking hilarious!

My first staple that I always pick up at Dollar Tree are their face wipes. I try and find the Bolero brand because they have the best scents. You get 30 sheets in a pack. I like to take my makeup off with these and then cleanse my face. If I’m feeling lazy in bed and don’t feel like washing my face I at least take my makeup off. I keep them right in my bedside table, so there’s no excuse! If you come across a scent you really like I suggest to stock up! I fell in love with this one scent and went back to get more and it was all gone! 🙁

Speaking of wipes. I also picked up some of these Antibacterial wipes as well. I like keeping these in the car or in my handbag. Sometimes you’re at a restaurant and they haven’t wiped down the tables so I just pull out one of these babies and clean my own table!

I was running low on clear nail polish and I happened to find this quick dry top coat. While I was in the makeup aisle I also spotted these adorable little nail decorations. I think I’m going to use these on my toes. Theres a cute little watermelon that I think would be so fun on top of white nail polish!

While I was rounding one of the aisles I came across this whole Coconut and Rose line with the most adorable packaging! Packaging is everything I’m telling you! Needless to say I bought the whole range including the face wash and the face serum. I figured if I liked their wipes I would give these products a go as well.

I am so excited by this next item though! This beauty cream by Dove is amazing y’all. I bought one the other day, and then returned the next day and purchased a whole case. It’s even good for your face. I was hesitant to try it on my face because I have very sensitive skin, but it was amazing! It’s not greasy, it’s the perfect consistency and has the most lovely clean scent. I’m keeping one everywhere, my car, my purse, my bedside table, my office….everywhere!

So I have been psyching myself into painting on canvas for the past couple weeks. My husband found these smaller canvases that I could practice on before I commit to a larger canvas. These would be so perfect for a craft session with your kids or even creating a fun gallery wall. The 5 x 7’s are in a pack of 2! Such a great deal!

I also found these cute little plastic palettes in a set of 6. I realized I didn’t have a palette so I hope these will work out, otherwise I will just use a styrofoam plate.

Once a week I like to have a personal care night where I take a long bubble bath, put on a sheet mask, use body scrub…you get the idea. So I picked up these moisturizing face masks by Bolero as well. I’m a sucker for anything coconut!

Lastly I found these Colour Scents felt tip pens. They are therapeutic scents with essential oils. They aren’t overpowering by any means. I think they will be perfect for planning in my planner since they aren’t permanent and won’t bleed through the paper.
