March Home Decor Favorites

I can’t believe we are already into April. March just flew on by! I also feel like its been forever since I’ve blogged. We were doing a lot of traveling in March so I do apologize for my absence. Lets get right into it shall we! There are a few things that I have been absolutely loving in the month of March that I can’t wait to share with y’all!

First off is this Blonde Wood Pedestal from Pottery Barn. I wanted something like this to use on our farmhouse table in the kitchen because some spots are not so level so it can be difficult displaying certain decorative items. I bought the medium size one linked here. It gives height to the table and I love to switch out the decorations every couple of weeks. I first saw something like this at the adorable house we stayed at in Waco when we visited the Silos. So I guess you could say its been a year of searching and I’m so happy I came across these cute little piece!

My talented friend Kristie from back home made me this amazing wood and canvas sign that I put above our coffee bar. I just adore it! I think its the perfect home for it. If you’d like to check her out her Instagram handle is @palmettopallets_n_paint  She is such a sweetheart and such a talented wood worker! Thank you again Kristie for the beautiful Home sign. I love it and I couldn’t be happier!

I think I may be on a wood kick! My grandpa “wood” be so proud. 🙂

Let’s talk candles! One of my very favorite things to collect! I came across these wonderful candles by Bridgeway Scented Market on my friend Chastity’s Instagram @blessedmillhouse and I knew I just had to try them for myself! The names alone are so cute like Shiplap, Magnolia Wreath, Farmer’s Market, But First Coffee, Lambs Ear & Grace, Farmhouse Baking Co, Chippy White. I mean how cute! I have a candle warmer which I’ll mention in a bit, so I picked up some of their wax melts, a large candle and a sampler pack to try all the scents! I think my favorite so far is Magnolia Wreath! Be sure to check them out if you haven’t already! So yummy!

I saw this cool wax warmer on Instagram called Happy Wax and I thought it was such a cute company! The best thing about them is that they are on a timer so you can “set it and forget it”. I also love that you can change out the cute sleeves as well to add a little bit of personality with them. The genius behind these wax warmers is that they have a silicone tray on top so it makes switching out scents super easy! That was always a hassle of trying to get the wax out of the warmers. So with these you literally just pop it right out and you can always reuse that melt later if you want to come back to that scent.

So I may be turning into the rug lady, but I’m OK with it. I recently wanted to update our rug in the kitchen to something more vintage and worn looking. I came across this beautiful one from Rugs USA. Its called the Treasures Abstract Vintage Rug. I purchased the 8 x 11 size. It has all different shades of gray. My favorite color of course. It really has brightened up the space and I love it against our industrial farmhouse table. It helps to soften up the space a bit. The ply on it is rather short which I love especially when we have these metal chairs on them. I can’t stand imprints from furniture. I now have 4 rugs from Rugs USA and each time I have been completely impressed! Y’all should definitely check them out!
